After a week and a half of mostly eating out, I am happy to be home cooking my same ol' meals again.
Last night:
Veggie quesadillas with mushrooms, zucchini, onion, corn, red pepper
Black bean soup
Sour cream and guacamole
Tonight:
Spaghetti with marinara sauce
Broccoli
