Last night's dinner:
Morrocan stew (sweet potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, pumpkin, green beans, onion, and garlic) over toasted polenta, topped with fresh parsley and parmesan
Clayton and the kids hated it. I have made it before with no problems--but I think Clayton learned his lesson about politely keeping his mouth shut about dinners he doesn't like. In an effort to prevent this meal ever showing up on his plate again, he told me in no uncertain terms that I should NOT make this again. Hey, I'm trying.
