Maybe it was all of Bonnie's talk about her vegetable soup or the fact it was the only thing I had groceries to fix, but we had soup.

Oven Baked Potatoes (another autumn/winter comfort)

salad,
Broccoli (cooked a new way...with chicken bouillon and a dab of butter)
Pumpkin pie (with chai vanilla coffee creamer over the top...wow that is a keeper experiment!)
